Ali graduated from the Anglo European College of Chiropractic with a Master of Chiropractic.

It was always in Ali’s destiny to become a healthcare professional, due to her mum and sister both working in nursing.

She was attracted to chiropractic because she saw the huge benefits she could make to people’s lives. Ali will streamline the diagnosis process and empower patients to not only feel well again but to fulfil their health goals by focusing on patient education. She hopes to motivate all her patients to return to normal daily living - whatever that entails for their individual needs.

Ali is currently undergoing further post graduate training with the Royal College of Chiropractors and is broadening her skill set learning extra techniques such as SOT; she currently uses diversified technique. Ali is registered with the General Chiropractic Council and is a member of the British Chiropractic Association.

Lee graduated from the Anglo European College of Chiropractic with a Master of Chiropractic and has had a diverse career; having worked in a vibrant mix of inner city, semi-rural and teaching clinics. He loves to educate patients about their complaints and instil confidence that he can restore them to optimum function and reduce their pain. He has a special interest in afferentology - the study of muscles - and has been taught by a renowned chiropractor and afferentologist. Lee easily builds a rapport with his patients and utilises a completely tailored approach to each treatment; where his easy-going nature really shines. Lee is a certified swimming coach and keen runner; he is currently in training for the Winchester Half Marathon. Because of his interest in sports, and recovery from a shoulder injury, Lee’s main goal is to help patients return to active, daily living and believes that home exercises are an integral part of a rehabilitation plan. Lee is registered with the General Chiropractic Council and the British Chiropractic Association.

Cydney graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with a first class in BSc (hons) Sports Therapy. She has previous experience working in semi-professional rugby and football, as well as professional rugby.

Cydney’s passion for Sports Therapy began at a young age, upon experiencing multiple injuries herself and the beneficial impact that Sports Therapy can have. Applying a combination of hands-on treatments, rehabilitation, and prehabilitation techniques, and detailed injury assessments to determine the cause and achieve optimal outcomes, Cydney aims to provide a positive influence on physical function, movement, fitness, and overall quality of life and health.

Cydney also enjoys multiple sports including rugby, football, netball, and tennis and regularly partakes in cycling, hiking, and paddle boarding.

Megan graduated from the Anglo European College of Chiropractic with a First, following an additional degree in Human biosciences. She has been interested in chiropractic ever since experiencing the benefits for herself after getting injured playing hockey at Exeter University. Megan realised how much chiropractic treatment can influence and have an impact on someone’s life, whatever their age. These benefits are what attracted her to the profession and Megan happily uses a variety of techniques, including acupuncture to get optimal results. She is diligent in her examination of the problem and will work hard to find the underlying cause.

Megan is a keen sports woman and currently plays hockey for Bournemouth. Megan enjoys walking and cycling, especially around the Jurassic coast. She is currently undergoing post graduate qualifications with the Royal College of Chiropractors.

Elizabeth graduated from The Welsh Institute of Chiropractic at the University of South Wales where she received a distinction and the Academic Excellence award by getting the highest marks in her year as well as the Leadership Award for her contributions to the University and fellow students. Elizabeth has worked in Reading and Andover Chiropractic Centre before setting up Back in Shape Chiropractic.

Her passion for health and for helping people is what urged her to make the decision to become a chiropractor. Having had a double stress fracture and a vertebral slip in her spine through National level gymnastics, she is acutely aware of the difference that chiropractic can make to people’s lives. Although she is urged by her orthopaedic consultant to have spinal surgery, she is happy in the knowledge that chiropractic care is keeping her surgery free. She enjoys treating patients of all ages and loves educating people on the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle. Elizabeth practices a diversified Chiropractic technique as well as Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT) and has also qualified in Acupuncture, Sports taping and pregnancy and paediatric Chiropractic. She is a member of the British Medical Acupuncture Society and is registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC) and The British Chiropractic Association (BCA). Elizabeth has also completed post graduate qualifications with the Royal College of Chiropractors (RCC) to become a Licentiate member. Liz is also a registered PRT trainer of other chiropractors.
